Cancellation
Cancellation policy for regular bookings
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. If canceled less than 2 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation policy for non-refundable booking
Discount when booking a room with non-refundable booking conditions. If you cancel, change or do not arrive at the accommodation, you will be charged the total price of the stay.
Early termination
If you decide to end your stay earlier than the departure date according to the reservation, we will not refund you for unoccupied nights.
